"Poop Scoopin' Boogie"

Verse 1

Out in the pasture past the Sauk Prairie sign
Where there are squishy pies just-a-waitin' to dry
The cow chip crew's pickin' 'em up till the sun goes down
They use pitch forks, cameras, bug spray and gloves
That's how the cow chip begins by doin' the poop scoopin' boogie

Verse 2

I've found a good chip, I've worked hard for my muscles
When it's throwin' time, I'll throw the chip runnin'
I'll wind up my thowin' arm to get the muscles warm
I came clear across Wisconsin, for the cow chip throw
Just to get my chance to win the poop scoopin' boogie

Chorus

Heel toe, dosie doe, come on cow poke, let's go poop scoopin'
Little ones, big ones, hurry up and get done poop scoopin
Get down, pick'em up, go to town, poop scoopin' boogie

Verse 3

The first tosser was asked "son, how far will it be?"
He said, "I'll take a shot at that red post yonder next to the tree,"
The cow chip is tossed and it went higher than the birds in the sky
It went further, higher, crooked then straight,
Then out came the measuring tape and then the poop scoopin' boogie

Chorus

Heel toe, dosie doe, come on cow poke, let's go poop scoopin'
Little ones, big ones, hurry up and get done poop scoopin'
Get down, pick 'em up, go to town, poop scoopin' boogie
